Waiting for a custom proof?
Check your inbox and spam folder for our proof email. For new custom artwork, we need your written approval before cutting. If we are waiting for your photo or approval, the order will not have moved into cutting yet. See how proof approval works.
Waiting for shipment?
Most standard made-to-order decals usually ship within 3–5 business days. Custom artwork timing depends on receiving your reference material and proof approval, and is confirmed for your project. Delivery time is additional.
Carrier tracking becomes available when a tracking number has been added to your shipment. The order-status page shows the information available for your order; it does not provide a live view of the cutting or weeding process.
