You see the artwork before we cut it.
For new custom artwork, including pet portraits and individually quoted designs, we prepare a proof and email it to you. A proof is a preview of the design we plan to make in cut vinyl.
- Share the details. Tell us the artwork or wording, size, vinyl color and finish, quantity, and where it will go. Send a clear reference photo if needed. We confirm the scope and price; detailed or unusual work may need a separate quote.
- Review your emailed proof. Check the design, names, spelling, dates, overall width and height, vinyl color and finish. Screen colors are a guide and can look different from the vinyl itself.
- Reply with approval or changes. Reply to the proof email with your written approval of the shown version and its listed details, or describe the changes you need. We confirm any change in scope, price or timing before proceeding.
- We cut after your approval. Once the artwork and order details are agreed and your written approval is received, we can move the custom design into production. Check your email so the job does not wait on an unanswered proof.
What a proof shows
Our decals are cut from the selected vinyl color. They are not full-color photo prints, and the open areas show the surface underneath. Pet photos and detailed artwork are simplified so the design can be cut and weeded cleanly.
Timing and changes
We confirm timing for your project. Receiving artwork, proof revisions and waiting for approval can add time before cutting starts. Tell us about a deadline when you request the work so we can confirm what is possible.
If something changes after approval, contact us as soon as possible. We need to check whether cutting has started before confirming what can still be changed.
Stock designs and custom lettering
Stock designs use the size and color options shown in their listing. The lettering designer lets you preview your own text and options. If you need a separate artwork proof, an unusual layout or a change to a stock design, ask us before ordering so we can agree the details.
For an existing order, email orders@bullardvinylco.com with your order number. For a new project, request custom work.
