Vinyl work was part of Billy Bullard's life in St. Cloud, Florida, before Bullard Vinyl Co. took shape in Indiana. He worked with decals there and brought that hands-on experience with him when he moved.
Today, Bullard Vinyl Co. is a small family shop in Columbus, Indiana. We make cut-to-order decals, lettering and graphics for people who want something that fits them, and for businesses ready to put their name out there.

Billy works alongside his son Tyler, who helps with weeding, design placement and vehicle graphics. We care about the details at the cutting table and how the finished work looks on your vehicle, window or sign.
