How it works
- Tell us what you have in mind. Use our custom work form with your project idea, intended use, size, colors, and deadline if you have one.
- Share your reference image. Have artwork, a sketch, or a photo? Email it to orders@bullardvinylco.com with your name and a short project description. JPG and PNG are good starting points.
- Get a clear quote. We review the design complexity and agree on the design fee, deliverables, changes, and timing before any paid work starts. Vinyl cutting, signs, and shipping are quoted separately as needed.
- Review the proof. We share a preview for your review and confirm any changes. For cut-vinyl orders, we don't start cutting until you approve the final artwork.
- Receive your design or finished vinyl. We complete the agreed digital artwork, make your decal, or both—depending on what you ordered.
Already have a design photo?
We'd love to see it. Send it as an email attachment with your design request. A direct upload-and-pay option is something we're building toward; it isn't available on this page yet.
A few things worth knowing
Cut vinyl uses solid vinyl colors; it is not the same as printing a full-color photograph. Fine details, gradients, and complex photos may need to be simplified to cut and weed cleanly. We will let you know what's practical before taking a job. Please send only artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
Design fees vary with complexity. We confirm your specific quote, included revisions, and how you may use the final artwork before work begins. For custom vinyl production, our proof approval process applies.
