Drag the orange guide ends across one thing in the photo whose real width you know — the rear glass is a good choice — and type that width. Then drag the design where you want it, or drag its orange corner; when you let go of the corner, the width snaps to the nearest sold size: 12, 18, or 24 in.

Decals sit on the truck's real panels at true inches — door 48.6 in wide, bed side 78.2 in of flat run, tailgate 63.5 in, hood 69 in — and are reprojected with the same camera as the photo, so they foreshorten exactly like the panel does.
